Sweat & Sweat 45

High intensity, low weight 30 or 45 minute class. The focus remains on functional movements as in traditional CrossFit, but with a shorter format.   

We focus on learning the proper techniques to master advanced crossfit movements.  Graduate to Crossfit or stay focused on Sweat.  Either way, you will be constantly challenged and have a great time getting fit!

  • Sweat 45     45 minutes
